The Challenge:
Manual attendance tracking is time consuming, and members often miss updates about events or services. Visitors also struggle to stay engaged after their first visit. The app solves this by automating attendance and keeping everyone informed in real time no more paper sign in sheets or missed announcements.
Goals:
Easy Attendance: Let members and visitors check in quickly (QR scan or phone number).
Better Communication: Send timely notifications about services, Bible studies, and events.
Visitor-to-Member Growth: Encourage visitors to join as members by showcasing church activities.
Less Admin Work: Replace manual processes with a digital system that saves time and reduces errors.
